God Emperor Doom
With Doctor Strange and the Molecule Man, Doom killed the Beyonders, who had killed the Living Tribunal, and took their power. He built Battleworld from the wreckage of dead universes and ruled it as its god for eight years.

Fight rules: both fighters at their peak, no preparation, no allies, only their own powers and personal gear. A win is a knockout, a restraint they can't escape, or a forced surrender. The percentages are fan estimates, not official information.
Powers
The Beyonders' power, channeled through the Molecule Man: creation and control of all that was left of reality. He recreated Johnny Storm as Battleworld's sun (Secret Wars #3) and made Ben Grimm part of the Shield, its great wall (both per the Marvel Database).
Gear
His regalia; the power did the rest.
Signature feats
Killed a Phoenix-powered Cyclops and then Doctor Strange (Secret Wars #4), casually tore Thanos's skeleton from his body (#8), and crushed the Infinity Gauntlet and subdued Black Panther (#9).
Weaknesses
The power was borrowed. The Molecule Man put him on equal footing with Reed, Doom conceded Reed would have done better, and the power passed to Reed (Secret Wars #9).
Fighting style
Absolute, weary and afraid of losing what he holds. Reed's word for it: too tight.
