Fight rules: both fighters at their peak, no preparation, no allies, only their own powers and personal gear. A win is a knockout, a restraint they can't escape, or a forced surrender. The percentages are fan estimates, not official information.

Doom's edge

Sixty years of beating the Fantastic Four's powers one at a time, sorcery this Doom never learned, and a mind no one has ever broken. This Doom's was broken: the Maker tortured him through what felt like centuries, and by his own admission he once wanted to die (Ultimates #4, 2024; Ultimate Endgame #5, 2026).

Doom's edge

Reed Richards's mind in Doom's armor, better at chronomechanics than the Maker himself, and at the end all four Fantastic Four powers at once: rock, flame, stretch and force, striking in the shapes of Ben, Sue and Johnny (Ultimate Endgame #5, 2026).

On Earth-6160, Reed Richards was a thirteen-year-old prodigy at State University, where Ben Grimm was his roommate. Years later the project's board shut down his over-budget flight into a cosmic storm, and Reed, his girlfriend Sue Storm, test pilot Ben and Sue's teenage brother Johnny flew the ship anyway. The Maker, the Reed Richards of a dead universe who had been rewriting this world since the 1960s, had delayed the launch so they missed the storm (Ultimate Invasion #2, 2023). Johnny burst into flame in flight and died, stray radiation killed Sue, Ben was found dead in a quarry, and Reed went to prison, where the Maker took him. In the City, where the Maker controlled time, he squeezed centuries of torture into moments, told Reed his name was Doom and welded a mask onto his face (Ultimates #4, 2024). The Maker introduced him to Howard Stark as perhaps the smartest man in the universe (Ultimate Invasion #3). Doom helped Howard build the Immortus Engine and seal the Maker in his City for two years, then helped Howard's son Tony become Iron Lad (Ultimate Invasion #4, 2023). As one of the Ultimates, he quietly ran Project 4, giving mice the Fantastic Four's powers, and every mouse died. When the Maker returned, he haunted Doom's mind and used him to hunt the heroes (Ultimate Endgame, 2025–26). In the last battle Doom revealed he had given himself all four powers, dove into the Maker's City-tree, beat him in a battle of wills for the Immortus Engine and used its one change to bring Spider-Man back to life. He died unmasked, with the white shapes of Sue, Ben and Johnny around him (Ultimate Endgame #5, June 2026).

First appearance: Ultimate Invasion #3 (Aug 2023), introduced by the Maker to Howard Stark.

Status, October 2026

Died in Ultimate Endgame #5 (June 24, 2026) after saving his universe. Ultimate Universe: Finale #1, out the same day, closed the line with a promise that the Ultimate Universe will return; its last pages belong to Earth-6160's own Victor von Doom, young and unscarred, holding a vial of the Maker.
