Mister Fantastic's power set

Who is Mister Fantastic?

Ioan Gruffudd played Reed Richards in Fantastic Four (2005) and Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007): a brilliant, nearly broke scientist who went to Victor von Doom for funding to study a cosmic storm from Victor's space station. The storm hit early and gave Reed a body he could stretch like rubber. Victor captured him and tortured him with a super-cooling unit before the team froze Doom solid with thermal shock. In the sequel Reed built the pulse generator that separated the Silver Surfer from his board.

First appearance: Fantastic Four (2005).
