The verdict: Doom has the edge

Fight rules: both fighters at their peak, no preparation, no allies, only their own powers and personal gear. A win is a knockout, a restraint they can't escape, or a forced surrender. The percentages are fan estimates, not official information.

Sorcery outside anything a geneticist studies, a will that telepaths have broken on, and armor his shapeshifting can't slip inside. On Battleworld, Sinister was one of Doom's barons, and Doom was the one who decided when his duels ended (Secret Wars #2, 2015).

Mister Sinister's edge

Regeneration that has survived being blasted apart, shapeshifting down to the molecule, telepathy across hundreds of miles, a genius often compared to Reed's and Doom's, and clones to carry on if he loses.

On Battleworld
Baron of the domain of Bar Sinister

Nathaniel Essex was a Victorian scientist obsessed with evolution until Apocalypse remade him as Mister Sinister, the world's greatest and least ethical geneticist and the man behind decades of schemes against the X-Men. On Doom's Battleworld, a Sinister ruled the domain of Bar Sinister as one of Doom's barons. Tried in Doom's court for slander, he refused the fine and demanded trial by combat; he seemed to be beheaded, came back, and was about to kill Brian Braddock when Doom stopped the fight (Secret Wars #2, 2015). When the rebellion came he switched sides, turned his clones on the Goblin Queen's army and killed Madelyne Pryor, and Holocaust beheaded him on the battlefield; even as a severed head he kept bargaining (Secret Wars #7).
